Responses by Drawing Sheets Sheet L.2.001: Comment: Show compliance with setback rules adjacent to garage. Response: A note has been added to the landscape plan. This retaining is no taller than 24" per the Civil grading plan. Comment: Provide stair detail. Response: These stairs have been removed from the design. Comment: Show compliance with setback rules for boulder retaining wall. Response: The detail has been updated to show a maximum height of 30". Reference L.2.002 Comment: Response: Refer to document 00.xxx Email confirming Unit A’s owner, Flo McGowin, approval of landscape scope of work in the Limited Common Elements of Hill House. Sheet A0.01: Comment: Provide Zoning Summary Response: Refer to new Sheets A1.07 and A1.08. Sheet A1.02: Comment: If portion of existing house is projecting into the setback provide existing and proposed detail showing that proposed veneer is not getting any thicker than existing veneer. Response: See Existing and Proposed Veneer Assembly Details 3 TO 7 at portions of existing house that is at present projecting into the setback the veneer replacement is to not exceed the thickness of the existing removed. Sheet 1.05: Comment: Show Wall Areas Math. Response: Math Added to Wall areas. Comment: Provide Roof demo calc drawings. Response: For Existing Roof Plan Reference A4.01 for upper roofs – no proposed change to roofing or sheathing. Comment: Document any additional plywood removed due to water damage throughout process of project. Response: Refer to Plan 2 - Added West and South Main Level patios floor sheathing removed due to water damage. Refer to Existing Areas under ROOF labeled 3. Currently tracking amount of exterior wall sheathing with water damage behind failed EPS and cementitious stucco system that is in association with Repair Permit 0017-2021-BREP Change Order. Sheet 1.06: Comment: Plan detail 2 Enlarged Fence plan show that all portions of fence are within property line. Response: Refer to Plan 2 – Added note that no portion of proposed fence is to cross over the property line, maintain a minimum of 2” away from property line. Comment: Plan 1 Show section at planter that demonstrates it is below 30” H in the setback. Response: Refer to added section 5.
