between our properties. We have your enthusiasm and excitement captured in email (thank you!) but
need a more formal “we have read the plans and are signing off”. I actually like this
thoroughness. Resending the plans attached and if you don’t mind, Florence d Virginia, please sign off
on behalf of your family.

Attached are the Landscape and Civil construction documents submitted for permit, dated 05-03-2021,
for Unit A owner’s to review the scope of work in the Limited Common Elements. The City has
requested we provide acknowledgement from the neighbor that they are aware and have blessed the
scope of work over your property line.
