RE: Structural Engineering Services Agreement
Chateau Blanc #5 Remodel – 901 E Hyman, Aspen Colorado
Tom,
We understand the proposed work is primarily an interior remodel to the above residence. Once demolition can
begin, the interior wall and ceiling finishes shall be at least partially removed and existing relevant structure
exposed to allow observation of the existing structural systems, as necessary. We shall be contacted to perform
a site observation of the exposed elements to determine the structural implications of the proposed remodel
and any necessary revisions. This shall be done prior to proceeding with the removal or modification of any
framing members.
