It appears that the proposed retaining wall does not meet setbacks, so please adjust this drawing to show compliance with the 30 inch rule. Please note that retaining walls may be stepped so that no section of the retainage exceeds thirty inches. This requires that there be an area of earth between each maximum 30 inch retaining wall.
