Ernest Kollar Engineers, Inc. has been retained by Stephen and Helene Abelman to
perform structural engineering services for the above referenced remodel project.
Our understanding is the planned remodel may involve minor structural alterations,
which include a small loft above the bathroom and window revisions, but exact details
cannot be determined until demolition begins. Upon exposure of the existing structure,
the contractor shall coordinate a site visit with Ernest Kollar Engineers to develop
structural drawings and details for the alterations. We recommend any building
department approvals be subject to this follow up information.
