A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ASPEN,
COLORADO, APPROVING A CONTRACT BETWEEN THE CITY OF ASPEN
AND DESIGN WORKSHOP INC. AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
EXECUTE SAID CONTRACT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF ASPEN,
COLORADO.
WHEREAS, there is an executed contract between the City of Aspen and
Design Workshop Inc., in the amount of $358,000.00 a true and accurate copy of
which is attached hereto as Exhibit "A";
ti'VHEREAS, the City Council has determined it is in the best interest of the
City of Aspen to authorize the City Manager to exercise administrative oversight
of change order associated with the Design Workshop Inc. contract for an amount
not to exceed $35,800.00 and execute said change orders on behalf of the City of
Aspen, Colorado,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ASPEN, COLORADO,
That the City Council of the City of Aspen hereby authorizes the City
Manager to exercise administrative oversight of any change orders for an amount
not to exceed $35,800.00 and execute said change orders on behalf of the City of
Aspen, Colorado,
RESOLVED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED FINALLY by the City
Council of the City of Aspen on the 1 Oth day of March 2026.
