Throughout our design and ' approval process, we have paid close attention to preserving and protecting the trees to remain, 09/13/2021 ASPEN BUILDING DEPARTMENT including the large spruce trees which flank the historic residence and the ones on your property adjacent to our shared property line. While we are taking extraordinary precautions,there is a chance that the trees will be impacted during our construction. To further help alleviate the potential impacts, we are planning to treat the trees to prepare them for the work. We would like your approval to treat the trees and also request your acknowledgement that there is still some risk to the trees and that you accept this risk.
