Hi Anne—
Here's where you could put the closets on K204. And here is the official language in our rules regarding the construction:
1. An exterior closet may be added to either the living area or bedroom deck of a unit. The door and closet must be finished in The Gant's siding and paint color and the handle/pull
must be a flush style resulting in an unobtrusive presentation.The closet must be constructed against the short privacy wall and not extending beyond this wall.The closet may also not extend
beyond the sliding door or its adjacent fixed window. With top floor units,the closet must be located on the side with the lower pitch of the roof.For all other units,the closet must be covered
by the above unit's balcony. For ground floor units,there is the possibility of an additional closet location,upon inspection of the chase which would be used in upper floor units to house the
chimneys from that condominium stack. Generally,this area would be vacant in ground floor units. The closet must conform to the above guidelines,and also must be enclosed with fire rated
drywall. The closet must extend fully to the roof or balcony of the above unit. Plans and materials must be approved by The Board of Directors or Managing Agent. A Licensing agreement
provided by The Gant must be executed.
