This letter is being written at the request of Anne Grice Interiors for the
purpose of obtaining a remodel permit for the above referenced project. There is one
minor anticipated structural revision:
Provide (3) ply 7 1/4 in. cont. wood beam header for four (4) door openings providing
access to Bedroom 1 & Bath 1. See attached plans. The anticipated required header
shall be verified upon demolition of the delineated wood frame wall located between
Entry, Kitchen and renovated closets, pantry, and Bath 1 as delineated to be removed
on the existing floor plan. Should you have any further questions, please call or write.
