The building and unit are currently connected to public utilities including water and sewer and the project is not expected to have any effect on these utilities. Permits Applied For: Demolition Permit # Building Permit # • Project Notification will be performed by the general contractor as required. • A project sign will be posted on the window of the unit so that it is visible from the parking/driveway in front of the unit. DATES OF CONSTRUCTION • The project dates will be 4/1/22—7/1/22 HOURS OF CONTRUCTION • Construction hours will be limited to 7:30am—5:30pm Monday through Friday and 9am—5pm on Saturday. No construction work will be performed on Sundays, 4th of July day and/or weekend if it falls on a Friday or Monday, Memorial Day and Labor Day weekends, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day,New Years Day. • No work will be performed during the Food& Wine Festival in June (Friday thru Saturday). • All activity that generates noise in excess of 80 decibels requires a noise suppression plan and is restricted to operating between the hours of 9am and 5pm Monday through Friday. Haul route will be S West End St to HWY 82 • The heaviest construction related vehicle anticipated at this time will be a dual cab pick-up truck with trailer or, if necessary, a trash truck to haul a 10 yd max.dumpster. • Deliveries to the job site are expected to consist of light loads with drywall being the heaviest.
