The trees approved for removal have been assigned a value using a standard formula developed for all trees found within the City of Aspen.The formula is as follows: Value=$45.00 x 3.14 x(D/2)2,where D is the diameter of the tree at breast height.The total mitigation value assessed for the trees to be removed is$0.00. ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL:Trees may not be removed until the associated building permit has been issued and up-to-date stamped tree permit submittal documents have been approved by the City Forester and stamped by the Building Dept.All subsequent rounds of reviews and change orders must be reviewed by the City Forester.
