Submittal Fees:Once your permit is deemed complete,I will provide you with a list of all permit submittal fees that are due.Your permit will not be placed into our review queue until payment of all submittal fees is received. Permit Review:Your permit will be placed in our review queue on the date that the submittal fee payment is received.Each review agency triggered for the review will either approve the permit or issue comments that you are required to address prior to their approval.You can see the status of all reviews by going into your permit on the Salesforce portal,clicking on the'Related'tab,and scrolling down to'Reviews.' Comment Response:Once you have addressed all agency comments,both in writing and on your plans,you will resubmit all documents via the portal. Just go into your permit,scroll down to the bottom of the page,and use the'Add more'button.You must notify me when you have uploaded your files for me to know that you have resubmitted.You can use the portal's Chatter feature(see instructions below). Issuance:Once all agencies have approved your permit,you will be notified that it is time to pay your permit issuance fees.Once you do so,your approved plans and permit documents will be sent to you electronically.
