Roof deck/Solar/Driveway Change Order Narrative
COMMENTS
1.1-F.A.R. Plans-The deck square footage was revied reflect the roof deck and access stair to the
roof omission, the deck extension on the main upper level and the spa and the firepit area being
added to the calculation.
2.4-Site Plan-The sheet shows the elimination of the roof deck and associated guardrails.
2.5-Site Plan (Snowmelt)-The sheet shows the modification of the snowmelt due to the omission
and addition of decks.
3.2-Main Level Plan-This sheet shows the addition of a firepit.
3.3-Upper Level Plan-This plan shows the deck extension and the elimination of the spiral stair to
the roof.
3.4-Roof Plan-Addition of solar(PV) panels and the omission of the roof deck.
4.1-Exterior Elevations-South elevation shows the firepit and deck extension. the north elevation
shows the omission of the stair.
4.2-Exterior Elevations-East elevation shows the deck extension and the omission of the stair and
roof deck guard rail.
4.3 &4.4 3D renderings-Updated renderings
5.1 Building Sections-Section A shows the elimination of the roof deck.
5.2 Building Sections-Sections C&D show the elimination of the roof deck.
C3 Civil Site Plan-The existing shared driveway was rebuilt with new curb and gutter shown here.
C5.3 Civil Detailed Grading Plan-The grading plan was revised slightly due to the new
construction of the shared driveway.
C7 Civil Horizontal Control Plan- Site Horizontal control points were updated for the revised
shared driveway.
E.1.004 Roof Power& Systems Plan-Elimination of the roof deck and the layout for 45 panels
E.6.001 Electrical One-Line & Panel Schedules-Revised load calcs for 45 solar
