Randy,
A couple items left to address.
1) Provide an owners signature on the special inspection form.
2) Provide a spec for the Diamond spa that is certified by CEC.The document on file does not.
3) Sunscnsc revised the RREMP workshect. Done
4) Sheet A-404 revise to provide a handrail to the first riser or extend the platform to minimum landing dimension.
5) Sheet A-002 add a detail for the pedestal snow melt system and provide a spec for the product.We do not
accept this product on grade.
6) Sheet A-102 revise to show the snow melted driveway .
7) Select a air barrier method from the options provided.
