JVA Response: The drainage pan has been extended beyond the driveway aloe proposed curb in
to capture flows from the alley and convey them into the existing curb and gut, drainage report for

By routing the stormwater from the alley across the property line to the neighboring
properties curb and gutter we are matching the intended previous design. According to
page 2 of the drainage report for the previous development done by Timberline
Engineering, LLC. "drainage from offsite and adjacent properties will be deflected at the
property lines using mountable curb &gutter (spill type)... ".
