A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ASPEN,
COLORADO, AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXERCISE
ADMINISTRATIVE OVERSIGHT OF CHANGE ORDERS THAT ARE
WITHIN THE APPROVED PROJECT BUDGET FOR CITY PROJECT #2026-
031 AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE SAID
CHANGE ORDERS ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF ASPEN COLORADO.
WHEREAS, there is an executed contract between the City of Aspen and
Fulcrum Enterprises the amount of $446,977.73 a true and accurate copy of which
is attached hereto as Exhibit "A"; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined it is in the best interest of the
City of Aspen to authorize the City Manager to exercise administrative oversight
of change orders associated with the Fulcrum Enterprises contract for an amount
not to exceed $89,395.55 and execute said change orders on behalf of the City of
Aspen, Colorado.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ASPEN, COLORADO,
That the City Council of the City of Aspen does hereby authorize the City
Manager to exercise administrative oversight of any change orders related to the
contract between City of Aspen and Fulcrum Enterprises for an amount not to
exceed $89,395.55 and execute said change orders on behalf of the City of Aspen,
Colorado.
RESOLVED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED FINALLY by the City
Council of the City of Aspen on the 24th day of March, 2026.

foregoing is a true and accurate copy of that resolution adopted by the City Council
of the City of Aspen, Colorado, at a meeting held, March 24th, 2026.
