I signed off on the museum building. On the shed, we need to resolve the condition about whether materials or vegetation should be changed to help downplay the building. Can you send me an email with the Institute's position on this? I know you don't want to do a green roof. I just need to have a dialogue with the HPC monitors because this condition of approval was left in the final resolution. I have not signed off on Boettcher for minor reasons cited in my comments. At that time, it will be put into the permit work queue. I may need to meet with you—either in person, over the phone, or via a virtual meeting—before I can finish my completeness review to ensure that I have a full understanding of your project’s scope. If you need to contact me about your permit, I encourage you to use the Chatter feature on your permit on the applicant portal. When you use Chatter, I get an email, but it also gets attached to the permit record in the back office. So, anyone looking at the permit can see the conversations.
