Dear Hailey:
High Country Engineering, Inc. (HCE) has been requested by HD Construction to provide
engineering and surveying services to complete the as-built survey for the Grading and Drainage
Certificate for the project located at 621 West Francis Road in the City of Aspen. However, due to
the current workload of our Surveying and Engineering Departments, the as-built survey is taking
longer than anticipated.
HCE has gathered and analyzed a majority of the data needed to complete the documents required
by the City of Aspen Engineering. HD Construction has made all improvements requested by HCE
to ensure site drainage functions properly and the City of Aspen Engineering and URMP standards
are met per the approved design.
HCE needs to have one more site visit to collect additional survey data next week, and the
documents will be provided shortly thereafter. We anticipate the as-built survey and the
Maintenance and Operation Plan to be delivered by the end of next week.
