All Existing FF&E and new FF&E removal and installation by Owner Owner to provide and pay for a storage facility that is maned and able to receive and all products until such time they are needed to complete the project The items ICI will be purchasing such as construction materials and FF&E items are identified on the responsibility matrix dated 5/9/2023. Any changes to the list will be handled as a change order to the project . Shipping cost for FF&E and construction materials to be billed separately at a cost plus 10% rate Owner to provide a room for ICI senior management site visits Removal and re-installation of the Gym equipment by Owner Where drywall ceilings are to be replaced, it is assumed the existing framing is existing to remain Owner to provide workforce parking for primary personal Owner agrees to advance funds for long lead time construction materials and FF&E deposit/payments as required by the manufactures. ICI will not advance funds for long lead time items, FF&E payments or custom orders Work to be completed during normal working hours No primum time included General Conditions and General Requirements are based on the project schedule with continuous work. Should the project be delayed beyond ICI's control, or the project be completed in more than one move-in, the GC & GR costs are subject to change. Delays due to Owner Provided items or by Owner or by City Officials can potentially add additional time and/or costs to the project Due to the extreme supply shortages and logistical hardships, Ironstar Construction, Inc will do it's best to assure we stay on top of the materials needed to complete the project.
