To whom it may concern,
While preparing for our permit submital for the Spa I instructed Aspen Development Services to use a
value of 2.1 million, which was the budget at the �me, and included various furniture, architect fees and
spa equipment. Currently the actual construc�on is budgeted at $1,091,564. Please see summary
below and full contractor bid will be atached.
