These permits were issued for construction in October of 2021 prior to 12/08/2021. The scope of the project is the remodel of an existing duplex (unit A and unit B) as well as the re- construction/ remodel of the existing accessory structure that was destroyed by fire and is being replaced per 26.312.030(F)(1). Moratorium Exemption Request: This is a change order to existing building permits that does not increase height beyond the existing height of the buildings, nor does this change order increase Floor Area beyond the Issued Permit.
