GeZng framing inspec0ons in the next week
Steve has some Specific ques0ons below, im sure he will have more but I want to have these
answered:
Single top plate in garage lo` (see photo) – We need to connect the top plate at the corners.
Please install a Simpson TP35 at all outside corners to connect the perpendicular top plates.
Double LVL under top of stair going from entry to unit A (see photo) – Based on the size (double 9
¼” LVL) and pictures and descrip0ons you have sent me of the connec0ons at each end, the beam
over door 012A is adequate.
