Similarly, any permitor approval issued in reliance upon oras a result of, a materially falsestatement or representation made inthe process of obtaining the permit ordevelopment approval shall, likewise,be void. Any person having received avoid or voidable permit or approvalshall not be relieved from having tocomply with all applicable terms andconditions of this Title and the City shallnot be estopped from fully enforcingsame.
