Pursuant to C.R.S. Section 24-6-402(4)(a) The purchase, acquisition, lease, transfer, or
sale of any real, personal, or other property interest; (4)(b) Conferences with an attorney
for the local public body for purposes of receiving legal advice on specific legal questions;
(4)(e), Determining positions relative to matters that may be subject to negotiations;
developing strategy for negotiations, and instructing negotiators.
The specific item of discussion involves the following:
1. Theatre Aspen Lease terms and negotiations related to Theatre Aspen’s request for
authorization to build a permanent structure, and conference with the City Attorney
to provide legal advice associated with the use of City Open Space for Theatre
Aspen purposes.
