RESOLUTION NO. 080
SERIES OF 2026
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ASPEN CITY COUNCIL APPROVING A
CHANGE ORDER FOR ARMORY HALL ADAPTIVE REUSE PROJECT, 130 S.
GALENA, BETWEEN THE CITY OF ASPEN AND CONCEPT ONE GROUP,
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE SAID CHANGE ORDER
ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF ASPEN, COLORADO
WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the City Council a change order between
the City Council (the "Owner") and Concept One Group (the "Professional"), a true and
accurate copy of which is attached hereto as "Exhibit A"; and,
WHEREAS, city staff, through a competitive bid process considered and approved
a Owner's Representative for preconstruction services in November 2025; and
WHEREAS, Concept One Group has successfully executed its preconstruction
services for the rehabilitation of the Armory Hall project. Asset
acceptance of construction services associated with the rehabilitation
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ASPEN AS FOLLOWS:
That the City Council of the City of Aspen hereby approves the Change Order, known as
change order 1, to the agreement between Owner and Professional, a copy of which
is annexed hereto and incorporated herein, and does hereby authorize the City Manager
to execute said agreement on behalf of the City of Aspen.
RESOLVED, APPOROVED, AND ADOPTED FINALLY by the City Council of the
City %J Aspen on the 23rd day %J June 2026.
