A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ASPEN CITY COUNCIL AUTHORIZING
THE CITY MANAGER TO EXERCISE ADMINSITRATIVE OVERSIGHT OF
CHANGE ORDERS ON BEHALF OF THE CITY COUNCIL FOR THE
ARMORY HALL ADAPTIVE REUSE PROJECT, PROJECT 517739 WITHIN
THE APPROVED OWNER'S CONTINGENCY OF $699629559.75 FOR THE
PROJECT AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE SAID
CHANGE ORDERS ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF ASPEN COLORADO
WHEREAS, Aspen City Council has approved multiple
construction start of the adaptive reuse of Armory Hall, and

Aspen to authorize the City Manager to exercise administrative oversight of change
orders for an amount up to the approved owner's contingency of $6,962,559.75 and
