HomeMy WebLinkAboutresolution.council.081-02 RESOLUTION NO. ?t <SERIES o, 2oo2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ASPEN, COLORADO, ACCEPTING AS A CHARITABLE CONTRIBUTION CERTAIN LAND FROM PUPPY SMITH, LLC. WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the City Council a Quit Claim Deed for certain land owned by Puppy Smith, LLC; and WHEREAS, Anthony Mazza, as Manager of Puppy Smith, LLC, has indicated a desire to donate said real property to the City of Aspen as a charitable contribution; and WHEREAS, the City Council desires to accept said real property as a charitable contribution. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ASPEN, COLORADO. That the City Council of the City of Aspen herebY accepts the quit claim deed apPended hereto as Exhibit A and acknowledges the receipt of the real property referenced in the quit claim deed as a charitable contribution to the City of Aspen.
