A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ASPEN, COLORADO,
ACCEPTING AS A CHARITABLE CONTRIBUTION CERTAIN LAND FROM PUPPY
SMITH, LLC.
WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the City Council a Quit Claim Deed for
certain land owned by Puppy Smith, LLC; and
WHEREAS, Anthony Mazza, as Manager of Puppy Smith, LLC, has indicated a desire
to donate said real property to the City of Aspen as a charitable contribution; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to accept said real property as a charitable
contribution.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ASPEN, COLORADO.
That the City Council of the City of Aspen herebY accepts the quit claim deed apPended
hereto as Exhibit A and acknowledges the receipt of the real property referenced in the quit
claim deed as a charitable contribution to the City of Aspen.

QUIT CLAIM DEED
PUPPY SMITH, LLC, a Colorado limited liability company, GRANTOR, for and in consideration of
the sum ofTen and no/100ths ($10.00) Dollars and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt of
which is hereby acknowledged, hereby sells and quit claims to TIlE CITY OE ASPEN, COLORADO,
the real property located in the County of Pitkin, State of Colorado, more particularly described on
Exhibit A-I and depicted on Exhibit A-2, attached hereto and made part hereof.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, together with all and singular the appurtances and
privileges thereunto belonging or in anywise thereunto appertaining, and ail the estate, right, title, interest
and claim whatsoever, of the Grantor, either in law or equity, to the only proper use, benefit and behoof of
the Grantee, its successors and assigns forever.
