Change Title to read "Amendment to River Glen Condominium Map,
Formerly known as 1035 E. Durant Subdivision/PUD",
Move purpose statement :from plat note number 10 and place it
directly below title in larger text.
Title Certificate must be signed and completed.
Amend Community Development Director's Signature Block to read
as follows: This amended condominium map of the River Glen
Condominiums was approved by the City of Aspen Community
Development Director this --J day of , 2002.
Amend Community Development Engineer's Signature Block to read
as follows: This amended condominium map of the River Glen
Condominiums was approved by the City of Aspen Community
Development Engineer this _, day of , 2002.
Reference Townhome Condo Plat reception llumber rather than
stating "see enlargement" for townhome units 1-4..
Obtain all signatures with the exception of the City Community
Development Director, Community Development Engineer, and
Pitkin County Clerk and Recorder prior to submitting 2 mylar plats to
the Community Development Department.

Please find attached the changes that are required to the River Glen Condo Amendment Plat. Please
have the surveyor make the required changes and resubmit two mylar plats with all of the signatures
obtained with the exception of the Community Development Director, the Community Development
Engineer, and the Pitkin County Clerk and Recorder. There is a review fee of $280 and a $180
engineering referral fee that is to be made payable to the City of Aspen. Also, there is a recording fee
of $10. Please make this check out to the Pitkin County Clerk and Recorder. Please let me know if
you have any questions,
