Comments: Ed, Please find attached the changes that are required to the River Glen Condo Amendment Plat. Please have the surveyor make the required changes and resubmit two mylar plats with all of the signatures obtained with the exception of the Community Development Director, the Community Development Engineer, and the Pitkin County Clerk and Recorder. There is a review fee of $280 and a $180 engineering referral fee that is to be made payable to the City of Aspen. Also, there is a recording fee of $10.
