Revise the title as follows: Amendment No. 1 to Clubside at Maroon Creek 2. Immediately beneath the title state: "This plat amends the Plat of Clubside at Maroon Creek on file at Book , Page , in the Office of the Pitkin County Clerk and Recorder. This plat also amends the Final Subdivision Plat and P.U.D. for Mamon Creek Club on file at Book , Page , in the Office of the Pitkin County Clerk and Recorder, and Amendments ..... on file at ...." Change title accordingly in approvals and certificates. 3. In plat notes, or beneath the title, state what changes were made in plat amendment number one, and state that in all other respects, the original plat remains unchanged. 4. Revise plat contents to indicate sidewalk, curb and gutter, if any, or edge of pavement, for both Clubside Drive and Stage Road, drainage improvements including drywells, and any other improvements in place. Label Stage Road on sheet 2, and indicate on sheet 1 that Stage Road is a public right-of-way and the width of the public right-of-way. ✓ -f 5. In addition to be a third and excessively long curb V cut, the parking is not on property owned by Lots 7 & 8. Show two on site parking spaces per unit. The City Code minimum is 8Y2'x 18'. The changes, as requested by the City of Aspen Engineering Department, have been made and the Plat should now be ready for execution by Julie Ann Woods. I have obtained the other signatures. On June 3, 1998 we submitted to you the materials required pursuant to the City of Aspen Pre - Application Conference Summary which you sent to me on June 2, 1998, and those materials should be considered included in this Supplemental Application. Request was made for the approval of the resubdivision of Lot 50, Maroon Creek Club Subdivision, into eight (8) individual lots in the project, with six (6) completed townhomes thereon, and the remaining two (2) townhome units to be constructed at a later date, with accompanying common area. The Application for Resubdivision was approved, the Plat filed, and the six (6) townhome units have been sold and conveyed. The two (2) additional townhome units, Lots 7 and 8, are now to be added for a total of the eight (8) lots in the project. The materials required by and submitted for the Pre -Application Conference Summary comply with all of the submittal requirements requested. In the approvals by the Board of Pitkin County Commissioners of the Maroon Creek Club Subdivision, the construction of these units is contemplated and the resubdivision thereof into individual townhome lots. Chris Bendon Staff Planner City of Aspen /Community Development Department October 6, 1999 Page 2 land use issues which need to be addressed were addressed and dealt with as a part of the originals approvals by the Board of Pitkin County Commissioners. As you are aware, the Maroon Creek Club project was subsequently annexed into the City of Aspen with the County approvals remaining in place. The requested materials contained in the Pre -Application Conference were supplemented with a copy of the Declaration, Articles of Incorporation and By -Laws relating to Clubside at Maroon Creek which should be in the Community Development Department's file as well. Submitted herewith are two (2) copies of the Supplemental Plat for the two (2) additional lots, 7 and 8. Enclosed is a check in the amount of $355.00 in payment for the Supplemental Application.
