Include a plat note that states, "This condominium plat does not create additional development rights on either parcel". 2. Include a plat note that states, "In the case that this condominium is dissolved or de-condominiumized, the property lines will fall back to their current status with the two parcels being bisected between Lot C and Lots D, E, F, Block 31, East Aspen Townsite. 3. Remove or obtain an encroachment license for fence in public right- of-way on East Hopkins Avenue. 4. Reference Recording Information for Condominium Declaration in regards to Yard Area Definition on Plat. 5. All of the City Engineer's Comments must be refl(~cted on the final set of two mylar plats in addition to the Community Development Department's comments. 6.
