Amend Plat Title to say, "Condominium Plat of Silver king Place".
Amend Community Development Director's signature block to say,
"This condominium map is of Silverking Place has been reviewed and
approved by the City of Aspen Community Development Director this
_ day of , 2002."
Delete second sentence of Community Development Director's
signature block.
Amend City Engineer's signature block to say, "This condominium
map is of Silverking Place has been reviewed and approved by the
City of Aspen Engineering Department this _ day of
2002."
Remove Certificate of Completion.
Remove Clerk and Recorder's signature block from pages 2 and 3.
Include a title certificate, owner's certificate, and mortgagee's
certificate.
Make property lines solid.
Indicate Zone District.
All of the City Engineer's Comments must be reflected on the final set
oftwo mylar plats in addition to the Community Development !
Department's comments.
Obtain all signatures with the exception of the City Community
Development Director, City Engineer, and Pitkin County Clerk and
Recorder prior to submitting mylars to Community Development
Department.
