!ce Garden Fund; the City Council hereby makes suDn!ementa]
apDronriations as itemized in Exhibit "A" attached.

If any section, subsection, sentence, clause, phrase or
portion of this ordinance is for any reason hel~ invalid or
unconstitutional bV any court of competent jurisdiction, such
portion shall be deemed a separate, distinct and independent
provision and such holdino~ shall not affect the validity of the
remaining portion thereof.
