Re: Block 9B, Aspen Highlands Village Condominium Plat-
Community Development Department's Comments
1. Add plat note that indicates that all parking spaces are at least 8'6"
wide and 18' long on page 3 as required by the City Land Use Code.
2. Add plat note granting easement across Lot 9B for the benefit of
accessing the lower level of Lots 2 and 5. Please point out plat note if
it already exists.
3. Add reception number for easement where Parking Garage encroaches
onto Lot 7.
4. All of the City Engineer's Comments must be reflected on the final set
of two mylar plats in addition to the Community Development
Department's comments.

Lot 9B, Aspen Hiqhlands:
1. Need Corner Label for changes in bearing between between Corner
Labels C14 and C15. (Okay to call new Corner Label "C14a".)
2. Bearing for L 14 should read NE , not SW, to be consistent with bearings
being read clockwise around the perimeter.
3. IMPORTANT: Copy of Land Survey Monument Record, as was submitted
with bluelines, must be submitted with final mylar copies.

Dear James:
Enclosed are two (2) copies of the Aspen Highlands Lot 9B Condominium Map for city
review, approval, and signatures. Lot 9B is the second phase of the Resident Parking
area and is very similar to the Lot 9 A map that we processed in February 2001.
We tried to incorporate all of Nick Adeh's comments on previous maps on this map to
reduce the revision time. In addition, Alpine Engineering, the surveyor, has contacted
Nick Adeh to insure that this map meets the city's requirements regarding
monumentation. Alpine has included copies of the Colorado Land Survey Monument
Record for the monuments of interest to aid in Engineering in their review. Please
advise if there is any additional work required beyond what has been submitted to meet
City requirements.
We would appreciate the City of Aspen's cooperation in a timely review of this map.
Please call me directly if I can provide any additional information to help your review.
I believe this is our last set of submittals for Condominium Mapping at Aspen
Highlands. Thank you for all of your cooperation and assistance along the way.
