2. Our check for $460.00.
3. Copy of your October 15, 2002 memo discussing changes necessary to the Map. I believe Dave
McBride has made all of the necessary changes.

recording please let me know as I would like to record the declaration at the same time.

Re: 820 Bonita Drive Condominium Map Amendment- Community
Development Department's Comments
1. Amend the title to state; "Condominium Amendment Map of 810
Bonita Drive".
2. Include a plat purpose statement under the title that states the
following: "The purpose of this map is to amend the condominium /
plat filed at Book , Page , to accurately reflect the boundaries
of the condominiumized duplex on Lot 19, West Aspen Subdivsion,
Filing No. 1, City of Aspen, Pitkin County, Colorado."
3. Include Vicinity Map. V
4. In surveyor's certificate, indicate that the survey was performed
within the last 12 months. V
5. Show adjacent right -of --way width on the plat.
6. On the owner's certificate, obtain signatures from all owners of the
property.
7. Show the dimensions of parking spaces.
8. On the description of the structure, state duplex rather than 1 %2 Story
wood frame house.
9. Change City Engineer to Community Development Engineer on
signature block. V
10. Change Planning Department Approval -to read Community
Development Department Approval.
11. Show first floor boundary between unit 1 and 2 with note that unit 1
extends over unit 2 on second floor.
12. Show entry to unit 2. t/
13. Show existing conditions. Revise or remove notes that state 'stairs to
be removed' and 'future wall'.
14. Obtain all signatures with the exception of the City Community
Development Director, Community Development Engineer, and
Pitkin County Clerk and Recorder prior to submitting mylars to
Community Development Department.

Maybe you just want to incorporate these comments into your memo and take out the line about
addressing the Engineer's comments.
*Sheet 1: Confirm that the utility easement runs surrounds property and these are not building
setbacks.
*Sheet 1: Show first floor boundary between unit 1 and 2 with note that unit 1 extends over unit 2
on second floor.
*Sheet 2: Show entry to unit 2.
*Sheet 2: Show existing conditions. Revise or remove notes that state 'stairs to be removed' and
'future wall'.

Hi Maria,
Please have the attached changes made to the Condo Plat for 810 Bonita Drive. When the changes
have been made please submit 2 mylar copies with all of the signatures completed with the exception
of the Community Development Engineer, Community Development Director, and the County Clerk
and Recorder. There will also be a review fee of $460 to do the amendment. Please let me know if
you have any questions.
