Galena Aspen, CO 816II Re: Condo Plat Amendment for Herron Park Place Condominiums Dear James: Per our conversation on Monday I enclose the following: 1. Two copies of the Amended Plat for Herron Park Place Condominiums. Please note that the only changes are to page 1 which conforms to the new ownership of the "Park Unit," deletes the mortgage (paid off) and states the purpose of the Amendment. The only changes are to convert the ADU from a "River Unit" Limited Common Element to a "Park Unit" Limited Common Element and further to make storage shed in front of the "Park Unit" a Limited Common Element for the Park Unit. Subject to the foregoing, the Plat is identical to the pTeviousIy approved Plat. 2. Our Trust account check for $460.00 Please give me a call when you have reviewed the foregoing. Then, assuming you approve, I will have myIars prepared and executed and delivered to you for execution by the City and Recording. As always, thank you for your kind consideration in this matter.
