Please remove the language "re-subdivision" from the owner's certificate. The I /
plat is a subdivision exemption and not a full subdivision of the property, V
Obtain all signatures with the exception of the City Community Developme~
Director, Community Development Engineer, and Pitkin County Clerk and
Recorder prior to submitting 2 mylar copies to Community Development
