The board reviewed the additional applicants that could not attend the last
meeting.
It was brought up that there needs to be visual access to adjacent businesses.
Charles and Andrew will review the square footage for the vendors.
Claudia mentioned that other markets do a slide show so that the individual
vendor doesn't have to come to the meetings. The entry form should give
you all the information, what you can and cannot do.
John said he feels it is important that the vendors appear in front of CCLC
and it brings in unity among the vendors.
Eric said in the future, those that were here in previous years should not
necessarily have to attend the meeting unless they are adding additional
product. It is worthwhile to do interviews on the new vendors to make sure
they comply with all of the criteria.
Jack D'Orio was present and the board went over the square footage
necessary for the farmer vendors and walked the street.
staffwas directed to make a list of all the vendors and phone numbers for
the next meeting.
