AN ORDINANCE RECOGNIZING GENERAL FUND REVENUES OF $657,170~
RECLASSIFYING PREVIOUSLY APPROVED REVENUES WITHIN THE GENERAL
FUND $121,500; APPROPRIATING GENERAL FUND EXPENDITURES OF
$557,770; RECLASSIFYING PREVIOUSLY APPROVED EXPENDITURES WITHIN
THE GENERAL FUND OF $17,500; RECOGNIZING LAND FUND REVENUES OF
$50,000; APPROPRIATING TRANSPORTATION FUND EXPENDITURES OF
$5,000; APPROPRIATING ASSET REPLACEMENT FUND EXPENDITURES OF
$32~700; RECOGNIZING GRADUATED REAL ESTATE TRANSFER TAX FUND
REVENUES OF $1,600,000; APPROPRIATING GRADUATED REAL ESTATE
TRANSFER TAX FUND EXPENDITURES OF $2,208,000; APPROPRIATING
PARKING IMPROVEMENT CAPITAL PROJECT FUND EXPENDITURES OF
$160,000; RECOGNIZING TRUSCOTT PLACE FUND REVENUES OF $573,740;
APPROPRIATING TRUSCOTT PLACE FUND EXPENSES OF $615,865;
TRANSFERRING $50,000 FROM THE TRUSCOTT PLACE FUND TO THE MAROLT
FUND; RECOGNIZING NAROLT FUND REVENUES OF $6,292,000;
APPROPRIATING MAROLT FUND EXPENSES OF $6,342,000; TRANSFERRING
$160,000 FROM THE WATER FUND TO THE PARKING IMPROVEMENT CAPITAL
PROJECT FUND;
WHEREAS, by virtue of Section 9.12 of the Home Rule Charter,
~he~ City Council may make supplemental appropriations; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager has certified that the City has
unappropriated current year revenues available for appropriation
~n the General Fund; Land Fund; Transportation Fund; Graduated
Real Estate Transfer Tax Fund; Truscott Place Fund; Marolt Fund
and unappropriated pr~or year fund balance available in the Asset
Replacement Fund; Graduated Real Estate Transfer Tax Fund;
Parking Improvement Capital Project Fund; Truscott Place Fund;
and Water Fund; and
WHEREAS, the City Council ~s advised that certain expend~-
tures~ revenues and transfers must be approved,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
ITY OF ASPEN, COLORADO:
Section 1
Upon the City Manager's certification that there are current
year revenues available for appropriation in the General Fund,
Land Fund, Transportation Fund, Graduated Real Estate Transfer
Tax Fund, Truscott Place Fund, Marolt Fund, and unappropriated
prior year fund balance in the Asset Replacement Fund, Graduated
Real Estate Transfer Tax Fund, Parking Improvement Capital
Project Fund, Truscott Place Fund, and Water Fund, the C~ty
Council hereby makes supplemental appropriations as ~temlzed in
Exhibit '~A'~ attached.
Section 2
If any section, subsection, sentence, clause, phrase or
portion of this ordinance is for any reason held invalid or
unconstitutional by any court of competent jurisdiction, such
portion shall be deemed a separate, d~stlnct and independent
provision and such holding shall not affect the validity of the
remaIning portion thereof.
Section 3
A public hearing on the ordinance shall be held on the
~ day of ~ , 1990, at 5:00 p.m. in the
City Council Chamber, Aspen City Hall, Aspen, Colorado.
