AN ORDINANCE RECOGNIZING GENERAL FUND REVEN~3ES OF $8,000;
APPROPRIATING GENERAL FUND EXPENDITURES OF $8,000; R~CLASSIFYING
PREVIOUSLY A_PPROVED EXPENDITURES WITHIN THE GENERAL FUND OF $1,500;
APPROPRIATING HOUSING / DAYCARE FUND EXPENDITURES OF $48,000;
P~ECLASSIFYING PREVIOUSLY APPROVED EXPENDITURES WITHIN THE HOUSING
/ DAYCARE FUND OF $80,040; REDUCING PREVIOUSLY APPROVED
EXPENDITURES WITH IN THE HOUSING / DAYCARE FUND OF $41,438;
APPROPRIATING WATER FUND EXPENSES OF $30,000; RECOGNIZING TRUSCOTT
PLACE HOUSING FUND REVEN-~ES OF $11,341; APPROPRIATING TRUSCOTT
PLACE HOUSING FUND EXPENSES OF $18,131; RECOGNIZING MAROLT HOUSING
FUND REVEN/IES OF $40,403; APPROPRIATING MAROLT HOUSING FUND
EXPENSES OF $9,243;
WHEREAS, by virtue of Section 9,12 of the Home Rule Charter,
the City Council may make supplemental appropriations; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager has certified that the City has
unappropriated current year revenues available for appropriation
in the General Fund; Housing / Daycare Fund; Truscott Place Housing
Fund and Marolt Ranch Fund and unappropriated prior year fund
balance available in the Housing / Daycare Fund; Water Fund;
Truscott Place Housing Fund and Marolt Housing Fund; and
WHEREAS, the city Council is advised that certain expendi-
tures, revenues and transfers must be approved,
NOW, THEREFORe, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ASPEN, COLORADO:
Section 1
Upon the city Manager's certification that there are current
year revenues available for appropriation in the Housing / Daycare
Fund, Truscott Place Housing Fund, and Marolt Housing Fund and
unappropriated prior year fund balance available in the Housing /
Daycare Fund, Water Fund, Truscott Place Housing Fund and Marolt

Housing Fund, the City Council hereby makes supplemental appropr-
iations as itemized in Exhibit "A" attached.
Section 2
If any section, subsection, sentence, clause, phrase or
portion of this ordinance is for any reason held invalid or
unconstitutional by any court of competent Jurisdiction, such
portion shall be deemed a separate, distinct and independent
provision and such holding shall not affect the validity of the
remaining portion thereof.
Sec%ion 3
A public hearing on the ordinance shall be held on the
/~f'~J day of ~ , 1991, at 5:00 p.m. in the
City Council Chamber, Aspen City Hall, Aspen, Colorado.
