Reference the encroachment license reception number on the plat where the building encroachments are pointed out. An example of this would be "0.36'Encroachment into Galena Street, Encroachment License Reception No._". Please do the same for the electric meter and cable tv pedestal in the public right-of-way. Also, on sheet 1 please provide an arrow pointing to the location of the encroachment recorded 8/7/02 that is indicated in Plat Note No.3. 2. On Sheet 1, clarify that Galena Lofts Condominiums refers to Unit I on the plan. This can be done by writing '(Unit 1 B)' in the title following the words 'Galena Lofts Condominiums'. 3.
