Comments
Please make the following changes to the draft condominium plat:
I. Reference the encroachment license reception number on the plat where the
building encroachments are pointed out. An example of this would be
"0.36'Encroachment into Galena Street, Encroachment License Reception
No._", Please do the same for the electric meter and cable tv pedestal in the
public right-of-way, Also, on sheet I please provide an arrow pointing to the
location of the encroachment recorded 8/7/02 that is indicated in Plat Note No.3.
2. On Sheet 1, clarify that Galena Lofts Condominiums refers to Unit IB on the
plan. This can be done by writing '(Unit lBY in the title following the words
'Galena Lofts Condominiums'.
3. Obtain all signatures with the exception ofthe City Community Development
Director, Community Development Engineer, and Pitkin County Clerk and
Recorder prior to submitting 2 mylar copies to Community Development
Department.
