AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING EXPENDITURES OF $3,409.88 FROM CURRENT YEAR FUND
BALANCE IN THE GENERAL FUND; APPROPRIATING EXPENDITURES OF $68,000.00 FROM
CURRENT YEAR FUND BALANCE IN ELECTRIC FUND; APPROPRIATING EXPENDITURES OF
$5,000.'00 FROM CURRENT YEAR FUND BALANCE IN THE LAND FUND; APPROPRIATING
$5,296.00 FROM CURRENT YEAR FUND BALANCE IN THE ASSET REPLACEMENT FUND;
TRANSF. ERING $64,250.00 FROM THE GENERAL FUND TO THE WHEELER FUND AND
APPROPRIATION EXPENDITURES OF $64,250.00 FROM CURRENT YEAR FUND BALANCE IN
%~EELER FUND.
WHEREAS, by virtue of Section 9.12 of the Home Rule Charter,
the City Council may make supplemental appropriations; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager has certified that the City has
unappropriated current year revenues in the Land Fund, General
Fund, Water Fund, and unappropriated prior year fund balance in
Wheeler Fund; and
WHEREAS, the City Council is advised that 'certain revenues
and expenditures be recognized and approved,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITYOF ASPEN, COLORADO:
Section 1
Upon the City Manager's certification that there are current
available for appropriation in the Electric Fund,~a~r~a~)

Land Fund, General Fund and Asset Replacement Fund, the City Coun-
cil hereby makes supplemental appropriations as itemized in Exhi-
bit "A" attached.
Section 2
If any section, subsection, sentence, clause, phrase or
portion of this ordinance is for any reason held invalid or
unconstitutional by any court of competent jurisdiction, such
portion shall be deemed a separate, distinct and independent
provision and such holding shall not affect the validity of the
remaining portions thereof.

Section 3
A public hearing on the ordinance shall be held on the
