ORD/NANCE NO. ~ (Series of 1982)
AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING GEASERAL FUND EXPENDITURES OF $3,800;
TRANSFERRING $29,330 FRCM THE GENERAL FUND TO THE ~:~:~.~R FUND;
APPROPRIATING ICE GARDEN FUND EXPENDITURES OF $4,000; APPROPPJ_ATING
~TER FUND EXPENDITURES OF $4,400; APPROPRIATING ~ MANAGEMENT PLAN
FUND (1982 BOND) EXPENDITURES OF $10,070.
WHEREAS, by virtue of Section 9.12 of the Home Rule Charter, ~he
City Council may make suppl~-ntal appropriations; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager has certified that the City has
unappropriated current year revenues in the General Fund, Ice Garden
Fund, Water Fund, and the Water Manag~uent Plan Fund (1982 Bond); and
WHEREAS, the City Council is advised that certain revenues and
expenditures must be recognized and approved,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BYTHE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ASPEN, COLORADO:
Section 1
Upon the City Manager's certification that there are current year
revenues available for appropriation in the General Fund, Ice Garden
~und, Water Fund, and the Water Manag~nent Plan Fund (1982 Bond) , the
City Council hereby makes suppl~uental appropriations as it~uized in
Exhibit "A" attached.
Section 2
If any section, subsection, sentence, clause, phrase or portion
of this ordinance is for any reason held invalid or unconstitutional
by any court of ccx~petent jurisdiction, such portion shall be deemed
a separate, distinct and independent provision end such holding shall
not affect the validity of the remaining portions thereof.

A public he~ring on the ordinance shall be held on the day ~
