and Construction Manager as Adviser dated 04/04/16
between the City of Aspen and Phil Vaughan Construction Management, Inc.
The Agreement between Owner and Phil Vaughan Construction Management, Inc. for
the Aspen Country Inn Project is amended effective April 24, 2017, as follows:
• Add Construction Phase Services as allowed by Section 11.1.2 of the C132-2009
agreement. Refer to the attached Exhibit A for further detail. $19,680.00

Dear Tim,
As per our discussion last week, please find below my services proposal for serving as
Construction Manager as Advisor for the Aspen Country Inn project, Change Order#65/Proposal
Request #11.
It is anticipated that the work will start on 5/1/17, weather dependent, and will take 6 weeks to
complete.
A. Labor Costs: Site work
35 hours per week x 6 weeks= 210 hours @ $90/hr.= $18,900.00
B. Mileage costs
i. Mileage Costs- Site work- 2 trips per week to Aspen. 200 miles per
week x 6 weeks= 1,200 miles @ $0.65= $780.00
