Construction has begun, the final shape of the building has been
determined what people are going to see from the street view.
The mortuary part of the house, and the garage have been demolishes
as of now.
The orginal house will stay about the same havinh public spaces,
three bedrooms , adding one bathroom to the old part. There will
be a stair added to make use of the attic space for a meeting room.
The new part that is being added onto contains the fire stair, the
mechanical equipment, which feeds the orginal house to make it work.
There will be two bedrooms on the wing where the garage use to be,
and two bedrooms in the carriage house, that is about how the
carriage house was before.
Across the passage way is the annex where there are twelve bedrooms
The portion that is new, it is all new except for the walls of
the carriage house. The roof has been removed to the carriage
house. The shape will stay very much the same as it was before
even though it was not historic,it happens to be a shape that the
architect liked. The roof pitch and the dormers will be pretty
much the same.
