Rick Head opened the City Of Aspen Board Of Adjustment meeting at 4:10 p.m.
with Bill Murphy and Jim Iglehart. Charles Paterson was absent. Mark
Hesselschwerdt and Howard DeLuca were excused. Staff in attendance: David
Hoefer, Assistant City Attorney; Sarah Oates, City o£Aspen Zoning Officer and
Jackie Lothian, Deputy City Clerk.
David Hoe£er stated that since there was not a quorum, 4 members were needed for
a quorum and all had to vote in the affirmative for the variance to be approved.
Hoefer stated if the variance was not approved there would be a time period before
the applicant could reapply for the same variance. Howard DeLuca recused
himsel£with a conflict o£interest and would not be available for the hearing.
Brooke Peterson asked when the hearing could be continued to.
PUBLIC HEARING:
CASE #02-02:725 WEST SMUGGLER - GARY AND KATHLEEN
ALBERT - SITE COVERAGE
Rick Head opened the public hearing to consider Case #02-02 without a quorum.
Notice was provided.
MOTION: Bill Murphy moved to continue the public hearing on Case
#02-02, 725 West Smuggler to June 27th due to lack of a quorum;
seconded by Jim Iglehart. APPROVED 3-0.
Meeting adjourned at 4:15 p.m.
