RESOLUTION NO. 30
(Series of 1986)
WHEREAS, Ronald D. Austin is an attorney licensed in the
State of Colorado (Reg. No. 779) and practicing law in Pitkin
County, Colorado; and
WHEREAS, said Ronald D. Austin has requested a one-day
appointment by the City Council of the City of Aspen as a Deputy
Municipal Judge in order to officiate at a wedding in Pitkin
County, Colorado; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has the power to make such an
appointment, pursuant to Section 7.2(b) of the Charter of the
City of Aspen;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ASPEN, COLORADO;
Section 1
That said Ronald D. Austin be and hereby is appointed a
Deputy Judge of the Municipal Court of the City of Aspen,
Colorado, without compensation, for the day of September 20,
1986, for the sole purpose of officiating at the marriage of
Robert Boyd and Danielle Longet.

I, Ronald D. Austin, am an attorney-at-law licensed
in the State of Colorado (Reg. No. 779) and practicing law in
Aspen, pitkin County, Colorado. I wish to request that the
Council appoint me a Deputy Municipal Judge for one day for
