RESOLUTION NO. 51
(Series of 1990)
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ASPEN CONSENTING
TO A LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT APPLICATION REGARDING THE PROPERTY LINE
DIVIDING THE HOTEL JEROME PROPERTY AND THE MILL STREET RIGHT-OF-
WAY.
WHEREAS, an application for a lot line adjustment has been
submitted to the City of Aspen Planning Department by the Hotel
Jerome Associates as the property owner of the Hotel Jerome
property seeking an adjustment in the boundary line between such
property and the Mill Street right-of-way; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to section 7-1003 (A) (1) (b) of Chapter 24
of the Municipal Code of the City of Aspen, a lot line adjustment
application must be accompanied by the written consent of the
landowners whose property line is to be adjusted; and
WHEREAS, the City of Aspen is the owner of the Mill Street
right-of-way; and
WHEREAS, the city of Aspen wishes to give its consent to the
above-described lot line adjustment application so that the same
may be processed through the normal approval process.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ASPEN, COLORADO, THAT consent is hereby given to the lot
line adjustment application submitted by the Hotel Jerome
Associates seeking an adjustment in the property line dividing
the Hotel Jerome property and the Mill Street right-of-way.

IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that the city Manager is authorized
and directed to notify the Planning Department of the consent to
the lot line
adjustment application
