A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ASPEN, COLORADO,
APPROVING AN EXTENSION OF TIM~ WITHIN WHICH TO R~CORD A NEW
SUBDIVISION PLAT PERTAINING TO THE SPORTSTALKER APARTMENTS
PROJECT.
W~ER~J~S, on December lS, 1989, the City Council gave final
subdivision approval for the Sportstalksr Apartments Project
pursuant to Ordinance No. 75 (Series of 1989); and
WHEREAS, Section 7-1005(E) of Chapter 24 of the Municipal
Code for the City of Aspen provides that the failure of a devel-
opment applicant to prepare and record its subdivision agreement
and subdivision plat within one hundred eighty (180) days follow-
ing approval by City Council shall render the approval(s)
invalid; and
WHiP. AS, the City Council has considered the request of the
Sportstalker Apartments Project applicant to waive or extend the
one hundred eighty day (180) recordation deadline and to do so
retroactively; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has found good cause to grant an
ex~cension of the recordation deadline on behalf of the Sport-
stalker Apartments Project applicant.
NOW, T?LER~FORE, BE IT R~SOLVED BY TH~ CITY COUNCIL OF
CITY OF ASPEN, COLORADO, THAT:
The development applicant for the Sportstalker Apartments
Project be and is hereby granted an extension of the 180-day
recordation requirements as contained in Section 7-1005(E) of
Chapter 24 of the Municipal Code of the City of Aspen, and such
extension is hereby made retroactive to October 20, 1990.
Pursuant hereto, the development applicant shall have to and
until September 20, 1991, to prepare and record its final sub-
division agreement and plat.
Resolved and adopted this 25th day of March, 1991, by the
City Council for the City of Aspen, Colorado.
