A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF T?LE CITY OF ASPEN CONSENTING
TO A LOT LINE ADJ~JSTM~NT A~PLICATION P~EGARDING THE PROPERTY LINE
DIVIDING THE 1001 LODE AND THAT CERTAIN MUNICIPAL PARE SITUATED
ON UTE AVENUE.
WHEP~EAS, an application for a lot line adjustment has been
submitted to the City of Aspen Planning Department by the 1001
Ute Avenue Partnership as the property owner of that parcel of
land known as 1001 Uts Avenue, seeking an adjustment in the
boundary line between such parcel and the municipal park situated
on 1010 Ute Subdivision Out-Parcel A; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 7-1003 (A) (1) (b) of Chapter
24 of the Municipal Code of the City of Aspen, a lot line adjust-
ment application must be accompanied by the written consent of
the landowners whose property line is to be adjusted; and
WHEP~EAS, the City of Aspen is the owner of the parcel
adjoining 1001 Ute Avenue; and
WHEP~EAS, the City of Aspen wishes to give its consent to the
above-described lot line adjustment application so that the same
may be processed through the normal approval process.
NOW, THEReFORe, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ASPEN, COLORADO, THAT consent is hereby given to the lot
line adjustment application submitted by the 1001 Ute Avenue
Partnership seeking an adjustment in the property line dividing
the 1001 Ute Avenue property and the muanicipal park situated on
the 1010 Ute Subdivision Out-Parcel A.
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager is authorized
and directed to notify the Planning Department of the consent to
