Hi Mark,
Here are our comments on the condo amendment plat that you submitted for 990 Gibson Ave, Please
have the requested changes made and create 2 mylar plats that are to be signed by everyone with the
exception of the Community Development Director, the Community Development Engineer, and the
Pitkin County Cierk and Recorder prior to submitting the plats to us for recordation, Piease let me know
if you have any questions regarding this matter,

Development Department's Comments
Please make the following amendments to the draft Condominium Amendment Map of
990 Gibson A venue that you have submitted:
1.
Label i1Teas 1, 2, and 3 as limited common element for Unit 2 if it is./
Include a vicinity map, J
Change City Engineer's signature block to the Community Development ,/
Engineer's signature block.
Add the following Plat Note: The house addition, garage addition, and deck V
addition represented hereon were approved pursuant to City of Aspen Building
Permit No, 94-79 in 1979,

Please show the property boundaries of the entire parcel (including both Units 1 J
and 2), Is the portion of Gibson Avenue still a road easement on the property or
has it been dedicated to the City of Aspen as a public right-of-way? If it is still a
road easement, please label it as such, Also, is the area of MatcWess Drive that is
shown to the west of the parcel dedicated public right-of-way? If so, please label
it as such.

Create 2 mylar copies of the revised plat and obtain all signatures with the
exception of the City Community Development Director, Community
Development Engineer, and Pitkin County Clerk and Recorder prior to submitting
the mylars to the Community Development Department for signing, Additionally,
there is an $11 recording fee that should be made out to the Pitkin County Clerk
and Recorder's Office at the time of mylar submittal.
